Why Your Support Matters
Chelsea Handball Club is growing fast – and we want to make sure cost never gets in the way of talent. Our Fund-a-Player programme helps reduce or remove membership fees for our players. Donations also support kit, travel and new opportunities for underprivileged youth players.

What we do with the money
It's all about giving better conditions for our volunteers & players to develop
Volunteer Development
We will cover training courses in coaching, refereeing, first aid, safeguarding, and leadership, delivered quarterly, with all costs and necessary kit covered to remove personal financial barriers.
Training Equipment
We will purchase more equipment to support our increasing activities and participation amongst all age-groups, ensuring that our coaches have the means to deliver quality sessions for all genders and age-groups.
Coaching Development
We will invest in continously developing and further expanding our handball coaching workforce, to support our membership growth, so that as a club, we continue to deliver safe and engaging activities for our participants.
Every little counts
Schools Outreach
We will be supporting our schools outreach programme to eatablish handball as a mainstream sport in our community, by offering after-school clubs to partnered secondary schools at low cost, or ideally free of charge.
Low Income Members Support
We will administer a low-income support fund and travel bursary, ensuring eligible members can access subsidised memberships and safe transport to matches, training, and events. This support will be available year-round.
Effective Administration
We will invest in digital transformation, from Management and accounting tools to learning & development and field activities, to achieve succession planning of our volunteers, as well as deliver more value with less resources. Overall aiming for establishing a sustainable growth for our club.
