The 2023/2024 Handball season is officially back for Chelsea HC teams…well, kind of.

This weeks marks the start of the first practices of the season, but before any real handball at the usual venues, the first group of brave men and women has gathered at Battersea Park for physical condition sessions.

Endless running, lots of abs, push-ups, burpees…all the nice stuff (check videos below), and sweat, a lot of sweat and moaning at times.

Overall the sessions have been great to prepare the teams for the tough season ahead, with both teams, Men and Women, in the Premier League. 

On top of that, the group spirits are up and the social gathering for a beverage after is more often than not!

The first practices on the handball pitch will start on the 1st of September.
